Safe Check – IN Inc. has never sold your information to someone else for advertising, or made money by showing you other people's ads, and we never will.

Information Safe Check – IN Inc. collects and controls

We only collect the information that we actually need. Some of that is information that you actively give us when you sign up for an account, register for an event, ask for customer support, or buy something from us. We store your name and contact information, but we don't store credit card numbers (except with your permission and in one of our secured payment gateways).

When you visit one of our websites or use our software, we automatically log some basic information like how you got to the site, where you navigated within it, and what features and settings you use. We use this information to improve our websites and services and to drive new product development.

Sometimes we receive information indirectly. If you ask about our products through one of our referral programs or reselling partners, or sign in to one of our products through an authentication service provider like LinkedIn or Google, they'll pass on your contact information to us. Authentication

All users must authenticate themselves using a password. Customers can also choose from options, such as integration with Gmail, LinkedIn to provide compliant authentication for all their users using their existing security credentials.

Permissions & Roles

Content in Safe Check – IN Inc. is secured using granular permissions and role-based security to ensure authenticated users only access the content they’re authorized to.

Users can hide folders or files from specific users, or provide read-only access to certain content. All files and folders can have individual permissions set allowing for precise granular control of content, via Safe Check – IN Inc. Manage Security.

Safe Check – IN Inc. in the cloud’s security model clearly differentiates between users who belong to your organization and those who don’t, making it easy for administrators to control external access to content shared from their organization.

The service also allows a network to choose administrators who can control network settings and manage users. It takes just 2 clicks to remove users from a network. It’s really easy for organizations to control access to their network as users join and leave.

Storage Cloud

Safe Check – IN Inc. provides 99.99% durability and 99.99% availability for all data stored, by taking advantage of Microsoft Azure Storage. Safe Check – IN Inc. takes extra measures to protect data against loss by replicating the encrypted content to another data center within Microsoft Azure Web Services. In addition, standard and enterprise networks use 256-bit AES encryption to store all content at rest.

Physical Security:

Our datacenters are hosted in some of the most secure facilities available today in locations that are protected from physical and logical attacks as well as from natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, floods, etc.

  1. 7x24x365 Security. The data centers that host your data are guarded seven days a week, 24 hours a day, each and every day of the year by private security guards.
  2. Video Monitoring. Each data center is monitored 7x24x365 with night vision cameras

Network Security:

  1. Secure Communication. All data transmission to Safe Check – IN Inc. services are encrypted using TLS 1.2 protocols, and we use certificates issued by SHA 256 based CA ensuring that our users have a secure connection from their browsers to our service.
  2. Control and Audit. All accesses are controlled and also audited.
  3. Secured / Sliced Down OS. Safe Check – IN Inc. applications run inside a secured, sliced-down operating system engineered for security that minimizes vulnerabilities.

Redundancy and Business Continuity:

One of the fundamental philosophies of cloud computing is the acknowledgment and assumption that computer resources will at some point fail. We have designed our systems and infrastructure with that in mind.

  1. Internet Redundancy. Safe Check – IN Inc. is connected to the world –and you- through multiple Tier-1 ISPs. So, if any one fails or experiences a delay, you can still reliably get to your applications and information.
  2. Redundant Network Devices. Safe Check – IN Inc. runs on redundant network devices (switches, routers, security gateways) to avoid any single point of failure at any level on the internal network.
  3. Geo Mirroring. Customer data is mirrored in a separate geographic location for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity purposes.
  4. Data Protection & Back-up. User data is backed-up periodically across multiple servers, helping protect the data in the event of hardware failure or disaster.
